VOIP Business Opportunities
VOCALSCAPE's RESPONSE
It is exciting times for the VOIP industry, where reports are now being announced measuring the amount of bandwidth VOIP globally consumes. From not even being recorded to being 7% of global bandwidth, VOIP is a rocket. Looking at where VOIP effects our lives, from ATM, Long Distance, and Phone Systems, this is an industry getting ready to rocket. One would ask why isn't everyone getting into VOIP? Well, the early adapters are starting to benefit from getting into VOIP now. FOr the longest time it was cost prohibitive, but the oncoming of Open Source options and a community that supports VOIP, costs are lower. In addition, VOIP is a very collaborative market with partnerships and income splits of all different kinds and variations. It's a great new business or an additional asset that can be attached to existing infrastructure. VOIP is exciting for ISPs and Carriers, as Gateways, Gatekeepers, and IP PBXs make it easy to deploy their own network. One could say that there is a battle going on, where Telco's, ISPs, and Cable companies are competing to supply telecommunications to the home and office.
From an end-to-end perspective VocalScape has created the necessary relationships to supply the top PBX systems and support and the integration of a VOIP strategy. If you are interested in discussing VOIP from an educational perspective, feel free to email me and I will answer your questions in my blog.

Worldwide IP PBX revenue totaled
$89 million in 2Q04, up 3% from 1Q04, and is well on track for double-digit
growth in 2004, according to Infonetics Research's Next Gen Voice Products: IP
PBXs quarterly worldwide market share and forecast report.
"Companies are seeking to run their communication networks more
efficiently, and IP PBXs play an important role in reaching that goal," said
Infonetics Research's Matthias Machowinski, directing analyst for enterprise
voice and data. "As businesses continue down the path of converging their
voice and data networks onto one infrastructure, we expect the IP PBX market
to increase 45% between 2Q04 and 2Q05."
I would like to know more about the business opportunity.
Please send me more education on VOIP and what is needed to start a business.
Thank You,
Charles

Hello Charles,
I read your post on the VoIPBlogs.com website and recieved your email on wanting to get into the wholesale business. There are more than a few ways to get you involved in the Wholesale VoIP business.
One.
Knowing people is the first step and least costly. If you have a route or know of someone who has a route, specifically and better yet a Mobile Phone route, I can quickly help you find buyers for their route. Finding buyers can be easy, but at least I know ones that pay...which is always a good start. If you have your own route even better, which brings me to number two.
Two.
Building your own route. We can supply the gateways, billing, and webserver for a full turn-key system. It depends on what country you would like to target first, but I can definately help you put a cost to this project and projected revenues you should expect.
Three.
Being a Softswitch. In this case, we just set-up one Softswitch, billing, and a webserver, and you act as the middle man. The traffic comes from one buyer passes through your switch, to the vendor Gateway for termination. This way you can supply multiple routes, wholesale and resell minutes and make 1 penny to a half penny on good rates.
We have a lot of the templated agreements and can help you get into the business, we are also interested in having representation in various Countries and therefore, we may have a lot to talk about. Next step would be for you to fill me in on a few details and I will give you a call this week:
What Countries are of interest?
Where are you located?
What equipment do you have?
How do you want to get into the business based on the above explanations?
Do you want to consider being coached as an Agent of VocalScape, similar to a franchise or start your own business?
Do you have a website we can look at?
What is your personal background?
What is your phone number and best time to call?
Sincerely,
Ryan Gibson

hello can y0u please give me more info about the business opportunities for VOIP
Posted by: deimira | December 01, 2004 at 01:54 PM
Business opportunities in VoIP are vast and dynamic. For the most part it is a subscription model service being offered either via a web to phone product or click to talk such as www.eyefon.com, a calling card platform, or you would be setting up a point for terminating calls. Termination would be when a Telecommunications company in Vancouver Canada for example has 10 million minutes of calling going to the Philippines Mobile phones and they are paying 16 cents, if you as an entrepreneur set-up the termination to come via a VoIP system in the Philippines versus the telco switch network the Vancouver company is going through, you could lower their costs to 14 cents and your cost would be close to 12.75 cents. Thus, you would make 1.25 cents a minute or $125,000 dollars profit per month. Obviously a lucrative business. Of course there are business principles from an accounting point of view that need to be put in place but that is one way to make money we can help with.
We generally help firms set-up the ability to do termination, sell calling cards, sell online services for calling via your computer, set-up of businesses with VoIP Phone Systems, and help entrepreneurs set-up their own subscriber model businesses. This service we call the Turn Key VoIP System.
I have attached information on it, but if there is a large amount of interest to go into VoIP, lets talk. I can go into more detail, I just need to know where most of your interest is.
Sincerely,
Ryan Gibson

Hi, we have been following the stock prices on VOIP companies. We are considering what avenues to pursue to profiting on the growth of this industry. We invested in stocks, but have a desire to have some passive income come from this source. Do you have any avenues in which to send me. We are not looking to start a ground up enterprise as this would be considered passive income that would enable me to focus on my full time job of a stay at home mom!
Sincerely,
Jamie Schmidt

GSM Gateway from Hypermedia Systems a cost effective alternative for fixed-to-mobile or mobile-to-fixed telephone calls provided by cyber-telecom.

I then decided to hack out an Adsense solution that would still provide for targeting within the facebook application. I found that it took longer than usual for the ads to start targeting the content on my application pages, but after 4 days, WHAM… my first targetted ads were appearing.
